Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when we deliver Pretty Cake orders. For full delivery details, areas and fees, see our Delivery & Shipping page.

Delivery areas

We deliver across the Klang Valley and ship to the rest of West Malaysia by courier on request.

Timing & cut-offs

Cakes are made to order and typically ship within 2–3 working days. Same-day delivery is available in selected Klang Valley areas for orders placed before 12pm.

Delivery fees

Fees start from RM12 within the central Klang Valley and vary by distance. 4-tier cakes are delivered free within the Klang Valley. For orders sent to multiple addresses, a delivery fee applies per address, shown at checkout.

Failed or missed deliveries

Our team calls ahead where possible. If a recipient is unavailable, we will arrange re-delivery or follow your delivery instructions.

Damaged in transit

If a cake arrives damaged, WhatsApp us a photo within 24 hours and we will make it right.
