Because every cake is handmade to order, our returns policy is a little different from a standard shop. Here’s what to expect.
Cancellations & changes
As cakes are made to order, please request any cancellation or change as early as possible. Once a cake is in production we may be unable to cancel it — WhatsApp us and we’ll do our best to help.
Item substitutions
Occasionally an item may be out of stock. We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater quality while keeping the overall look and value of the cake.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours with a photo. We will replace it or offer a suitable resolution.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method. As items are perishable/hygiene-sensitive baby products, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns of opened cakes.
