We collect details you provide when ordering — your name and contact details, and the names, addresses, phone numbers and delivery details of the recipients you send gifts to.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver orders, send order updates (by email or WhatsApp), respond to enquiries, and, if you opt in, to send occasional news about new collections.
Sharing
We share delivery details with our delivery team/couriers only as needed to fulfil your order, and payment details are handled by our secure payment gateway — we do not store card or banking credentials.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
