These terms govern your use of the Pretty Cake website and your orders. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products & pricing
All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. As cakes are handmade, slight natural variations from photos are normal.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is completed via our secure payment gateway. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in exceptional cases (for example, stock or delivery issues), with a full refund.
Delivery
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. Estimated timings are not guaranteed but we always aim to deliver on your chosen date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
